Innoflight uses the highest quality 3D printers on the market, the Markforged ONYX printers. These printers offer a strong and aesthetically pleasing finish to parts often not easy to print with conventional PLA/ABS printers. We can print custom parts from .STL files using various wall thicknesses and infill amounts to deliver exceptional parts.
The proprietary ONYX filament is a hybrid of Nylon and chopped strand carbon fibre to produce parts 1.4 times stronger than ABS. The biggest advantage we believe is that the printed items are dimensionally accurate to the working drawings. ONYX have extraordinarily little shrinkage and does not warp during printing, allowing very accurate parts to be printed.
